One relative can choose to room-in with the patient at additional charges.
Patient will be charged at operator-assisted rate for all overseas calls made. Local fax or telephone calls made from the ward are free.
Patient is required to pay a deposit of the entire estimated bill size upon admission. Our staff will assist with the calculation of the required amount of deposit.
Additional deposits may be needed if patient’s stay is extended due to unforeseen circumstances.
Partial or waiver of deposit is accepted if a Letter of Guarantee from the employer or insurer is presented upon admission.
Patient may choose to settle the hospital bills in one of the following modes:
- Cash
- Credit Card
- NETS
- Cheque (from Singapore banks)
- Insurance/Employer’s Coverage
Note:
- All charges are subject to prevailing 7% government Goods & Services Tax.
- Daily Treatment Fee includes low cost standard drugs and nursing care. Charges for surgical operations, x-rays, laboratory investigations, other drugs, ward procedures, consumables, implants etc. are not included.
- Charges quoted are in Singapore dollars and apply to all non-residents of Singapore.
