iPLC – One-stop assistance for our patients and visitors
Thousands of patients, comprising more than 120 nationalities, come from various parts of Singapore and around the world to National University Hospital (NUH) each year for specialised medical care.

Our International Patient Liaison Centre (iPLC) offers a variety of services, professional care and prompt support to all patients and their families. We are dedicated to meeting the needs of our global visitors before, during and after their stay with us. Our assistance covers all areas including:

  • Accommodation and ground transportation
  • Communication with NUH physicians
  • Direct admission co-ordination
  • Estimation on cost of services and billing information
  • Evacuation and ambulance arrangements
  • Flight reservation and visa application
  • Full liaison with third party payers
  • Language interpretation
  • Outpatient medical appointment
